I would like to express my sincere gratitude to one of your employees, who went beyond the call of duty.

On Monday, January 7, 2019 at approximately 11:00 A.M. I was running late for a doctor’s appointment that was in the west end. I live across the alley from Belcanto Court with the “boiler problem”. I had a windshield wiper that came apart the day before and I could not figure out how to fix it. I tried to google it on Youtube and obviously did not understand it. I left my driveway with wiper in hand and “thankfully”!!! I saw one of your staff outside the back of Belcanto.

I stopped my vehicle, rolled my window down and said “do you know how to put on a windshield wiper”? He said “YES”. Within a few minutes he had it put back together, he wiped the snow from my headlights and told me “drive carefully it’s icey”. He asked me my name, shook my hand and gave me his business card.

I was a little late for my appointment but so very grateful that Tom took the time to help me. I really wanted you to know about his kindness to me. I am 68 years, have terrible arthritis and am having cataract surgery in a month. I guess I couldn’t see that well to fix it on my own.

It is staff like this that are invaluable….one of a kind….and an asset to your company!

Good men like this are hard to find!!

Hi Andrea, I have never written an email like this before and probably won’t again. I don’t know who owns Viking. But the boss needs to know that he has the best group of guys working for him. Everyone that I came into contact with gave me their card , had a friendly word,told me what they were doing and when they were done or when they had to come back I was informed. Because of the flood I had I had a few companies in here and had to have one company hire out a job because they couldn’t pass it. Had I of known that I would have had your plumbers in to do the job right. Very impressed by Viking and will recommend them every chance I get.

We had a sever leak in out basement that caused us to have to replace both our hot water tank and our furnace. We had Viking come take a look and the man who came was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining to us the reasons the products needed to be replaced. After talking it over with my wife we decided to go ahead with the replacement, and before the end of the week they had our old products replaced. The installers were on time and polite and kept the work area clean. Even when we has an issue after the install with the furnace not working, they we back out the next day to take care of us. It was great service!!

Viking has done everything from small bathrooms to major commercial renovation jobs for me. Everything from basic plumbing, rough-ins to finishing, hot water heaters, furnace, etc. They are always professional and show up on time. If there are ever problems, they always solve it no matter what it might take. They provide quality service at a fair price.

Viking Mechanical has done a number of different calls here related to toilet and other plumbing issues as well as installing a faucet in the kitchen. They also installed the gas lines in my bbq. There’s a large range of service. The quality of service is excellent. The people they send out are very personable as well as very effective at what they do.

We hired Viking Mechanical after an insurance incident occurred involving our washing machine flooding into the lower level of our home. They inspected the hot water tank and the furnace which they determined was damaged. Viking Mechanical completed the insurance work, and we hired them separately afterward to relocate our washer dryer from the closet on the main floor to the lower level. In order to move the washer and dryer downstairs, we required a new connection for the hot and cold water as well as the drain. The dryer also had to be connected to the vents. We were very pleased with their work. They were very quick and prompt when the initial leak occurred. The two people they sent were very courteous. They did a good job moving the washer and the dryer downstairs as well. We have already asked them to do more work for us.

They did a good job on a number of things. Last time they did a bit of plumbing and the work was great, I just keep phoning them back as I am pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend this company as I am totally satisfied with their work, they are very neat and tidy workers.

My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. He took pride in ensuring the job was ‘done properly’ and that the finished product looked good. I definitely recommend this company.
